We believe in fitness for all, and our gyms and fitness classes are friendly, welcoming, inclusive and accessible. All activities we offer can be tailored to the individual and are suitable for beginners.

It doesn’t matter whether you are new to exercise, or you are just looking to switch to a community-based, low-cost gym – you’ll always be welcomed by our friendly, qualified team.

The other great thing about joining our gym, or coming to one of our fitness classes, is knowing that when you do, you are supporting a local charity and helping improve the health and wellbeing of other local people at the same time!

We have two gyms and offer a range of fitness classes at The Health Resource Centre in Benwell and The Lemington Centre.
