This is a fun and inclusive exercise group, which is suitable for people with a range of medical conditions too.

Its aim is to improve participant’s fitness and provide them with opportunities meet new people and improve their social networks.  The classes are delivered by qualified trainers.  There is a small charge for attending these sessions. Our Staying Steady programme is for people who have had a fall, or who feel as though they may be at risk of having a fall.

 

It is scientifically proven to improve strength and balance and aims to reduce falls and enable people to live independently at home for longer.
