We are currently recruiting for 2 self-motivated and enthusiastic Health Improvement Practitioners to join our specialist Physical Activity team. You will actively support clients across the region to tailor a safe and appropriate exercise programme that improves their mental and physical health working towards identified and agreed goals. You will also give them the confidence to better understand their health and take up regular exercise.
These are initially trainee posts and in conjunction with the role, you will undertake and complete the Level 3 Exercise on Referral qualification (Healthworks will cover the cost of the course).
