We know that making just a few simple swaps to what you eat and drink can have a hugely positive effect on your health and weight.
We also understand that it can be really difficult to know where to start or to keep going without personal support.
Our Community Health Trainers are here to offer you the advice and guidance you need to stay on track and to help you continue to make good choices that can help you improve your health and wellbeing.
Our Eating Well programme offers individuals up to date advice exploring healthy food choices, motivational activities and solutions to deal with some of the challenges that come with lifestyle change. The programme includes 6 x 30 minute one to one sessions with support and motivation throughout. It will run over 6 weeks and will cover the following:
~ What makes a healthy diet
~ Things that make healthy eating choices more difficult and looking at how to overcome these
~ Foods that make a person feel full and satisfied
~ Reducing the risks of developing or worsening long term conditions
And people will benefit from having someone to support and motivate them along the way. Please get in touch with us to find out more about this programme.
