Room Hire
Healthworks offer a number of spaces for hire by local community groups, businesses and individuals (please note that we are unable to host children’s party’s or celebration events).
All rooms have free wifi, good transport links and free car parking either on site or off road nearby.
They are accessible and have lifts to upper floors.
While we do not offer catering you are welcome to arrange your own and we can offer facilities for making tea and coffee.
Maximos Deli are based on site at The Lemington Centre who may meet your catering requirements. Please contact [email protected].
The Health Resource Centre
The Centre is easily accessible from Elswick Road, Westgate Road and Scotswood Road. There is on street parking outside the centre and a free car park nearby.
At The Health Resource Centre we have the following spaces for hire:
The Meeting Place: This is a great space for a larger around the table discussion or presentation. Fitted with long boardroom style table which is detachable for a varied of usage. This space is fitted with a large 50’’ smart tv perfect for conference calls or presentations.
Exercise Studio: The studio is used for a variety of activities including conferences, sporting events and exercise classes.
The Lemington Centre
The Centre has adjacent parking facilities and bus links to the city centre and surrounding areas from right outside the door providing, excellent accessibility however you are travelling.
The Lemington Centre has a number of spaces available:
The Hall: The sports hall is used for a variety of activities including conferences, sporting events and exercise classes. The hall has floor markings for badminton, volleyball and basketball.
The Boardroom: This space is fitted with a large 50’’ flat screen TV, comfy seating and smart tables this room is a great space for any type of conferences, presentations or training sessions.
The Activity Room: This space can be used very flexibly to host seated meetings and events, as well as more physical activities such as yoga and gentle exercise sessions. This can also be hired in connection with the sports hall to provide an excellent space for a separate social space. This space is fitted with a large 50’’ smart tv.
