We are currently looking for a Senior Health Improvement Manager – Physical Activity and a Family Services Co-ordinator

With a commitment to tackling health inequalities at the heart of everything we do, this position is a chance for you to work with partners to address health inequalities and their impact on the health of the people within our population.

You will understand the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the social determinants of health and the impact these have on our most disadvantaged communities. You will be committed to building a better future for residents across the North East region.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Services Coordinator who will promote the uptake of children and family services within the Inner West Community Family Offer.

You will work to provide information, advice and guidance about childhood and family services in venues throughout the area and by carrying out targeted home visits.
